Welcome to your website. City of San Diego. The Plaza was orginally designed by the architectural firm of Youngston and Livingston. Pacific Apartments, Ltd. was the original developer of The Plaza. The Plaza opened for rent August 1, 1970. Courts 1 and 2 were completed September 15, 1970. Courts 3 and 5 were completed November 15, 1970. Court 4 was completed December 15, 1970.
